She is a dedicated trusted business advisor who has also successfully started and operated her own small business. Emilia joined Catalyst in 2017 to support the growth of our firm as a business services manager.

Kevin Joffe

Kevin Graduated from the Australian Catholic University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Information Systems. Kevin Joined Catalyst in December 2015 commencing the CA Program to become a Chartered Accountant. Kevin successfully completed all requirements of the CA Program as of 1 December 2018 . Kevin is currently supporting various types of clients with their compliance and strategic accounting requirements.

Irene Leung

Irene graduated from UNSW in 2005 with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting & Marketing. Irene became a registered CPA in 2013.  Before joining Catalyst in 2011, she spent five years working in various accounting roles in retail and finance businesses. Irene is continuously improving her accounting and taxation knowledge by undertaking various courses.

Maryna Aucamp

Maryna joined Catalyst in October 2021 after relocating to Australia from South Africa. Prior to joining Catalyst, Maryna worked as an accountant in a professional practice in South Africa. Maryna ensures that our office operates efficiently and provides a high level of support to our accountants and our clients.

Elly is our bookkeeper, supporting various clients with keeping their accounts up to date. Elly joined Catalyst in March 2020 and she assists our clients in developing and maintaining efficient accounting procedures and integrated business systems. Elly has experience in a wide range of industries and has successfully operated her own small business.

Lenia Kelleyan

Prior to joining Catalyst, Lenia worked as an accountant at the mid-tier firm Bentleys. Lenia joined our team in November 2025 as an accountant and is currently in the process of studying to qualify as a Chartered Accountant.

Christo joined our team in February 2025 as an accountant and is currently in the process of studying to qualify as a Chartered Accountant. Christo’s accounting journey with Catalyst followed a career in hospitality as a hotel and project manager.

Tracy Wang

Prior to joining Catalyst, Tracy worked as an auditor for the mi-tier firm Accru Felsers, but decided that she would like to move her career into business services and tax.
